i go to see expassionates, slow bros, howard iceberg & the titanics, tony ladesich, chad rex, forrest whitlow, sara swenson, barclay martin, alacartoona, kasey rausch, melek ta’us, emily tummons, jake blanton, and the pedaljets. but, my goal this year is to go see as much live music as possible, so i support all of kansas city live music in general.

The people and bands I love most to see and support are . . . Joel Kraft, Mikal Shapiro, Kasey Rausch, everything Nick Baker is in, Bob Walkenhorst, Dino O’Dell, The People’s Liberation Big Band, the ACBs, the Gaslights, Elaine McMilian, Oriole Post, Kathryn Lorenzen, and Jake Blanton.

Let’s see…since I go see so many solo artists, I’m going to keep this to the request, which is bands – Barclay Martin Ensemble!!!!, Alacartoona, Oriole Post, 7 Mysteries (oh wait…I play in that band so I don’t have a choice). But oh…that’s all the KC bands I know. I’m working on knowing more, though!
